Allison Berlin - Founder and Lead Recruiter

Allison Berlin began her legal recruiting career in 2006. Much of her early work was focused on law firm placements, including assisting candidates wishing to relocate from one city to another.  Allison opened The Berlin Group in 2013 with an interest in expanding her focus on the inhouse counsel market. She works closely with companies to understand their legal needs, introduce stellar candidates and develop strategies to  build teams. Allison is passionate about helping others. She has found legal recruiting to be challenging and personally rewarding when she matches clients with candidates and makes a positive impact on lawyers careers and lives. Allison is a lifelong New Yorker and the mom to two adult daughters and a puppy named Olive.
